Advisor
The CREDAA Advisory Board serves as a liaison to the front end related CREDAA membership and is an ongoing resource to provide recommendations and advice to the CREDAA founders (Executive Board) for their input, consideration, and direction on timely issues affecting CREDAA’s board membership base, thereby promoting changes and developing services and enhancements that increases the value of CREDAA to its members and also increases CREDAA’s relevance in the commercial real estate and financial industries.
We are currently recruiting Advisors for the California regions in the following committees:
Education, Training & Certification
|
The Education, Training & Certification Committee will strengthen CREDAA's educational and certification offerings with relevant courses that pertain to the industry we service and provide our members with the ability to learn from experts and gain from their specific knowledge and experiences. This committee will also identify potential speakers and topics for the educational courses.
| Event Planning |
|
The Event planning Committee will work closely with CREDAA’s Director of Event Planning. They will source out venue locations and vendors relative to a specific theme, topic, or event type. They will handle the proper coordination of CREDAA's educational events, networking mixers, regional conferences, and annual national conventions. This committee will be responsible for budgeting, planning, and successfully executing each event.

| Industry News & Views |

The Industry News & Views Committee will identify, investigate, and provide industry-focused solutions that address relevant, meaningful and actionable industry issues. They will provide recommendations to the Executive Board on front-store focused priorities impacting the membership. This committee will execute solutions and provide educational opportunities, as appropriate, to improve return on membership investment.

| Legislative & Advocacy |
|
The Legislative & Advocacy Committee will research and communicate monthly to the Executive Board, Regional Ambassadors, and other Advisors on commercial Issues and actions that are current, important and affect national or local market regions, and present how they impact commercial real estate. Additionally, they will be responsible for relaying this to our member base so that they can be better prepared to help their clientele.

| Lender & Asset Manager Recruiting |
|
The Lender & Asset Manager Recruiting will ensure the success of CREDAA as an organization by maintaining and continuously recruiting lenders, asset managers and other holders of distressed or troubled assets. They will execute CREDAA’s mission of helping to provide solutions to this group.

| Membership |
|
The Membership Committee will assist the members of CREDAA suggesting, developing, and implementing tactical meetings improvements that complement current industry practices in order to provide greater ROI for members’ meetings investment. They will work closely with the Executive Board in the design of the membership structure and help implement regional and national conferences and meetings that give high value to members, as well as serving as a meaningful platform for our sponsors and the industry as a whole.

| Public Relations, Media & Marketing |
|
The Public Relations, Media & Marketing Committee will provide new and existing members increased access and involvement in CREDAA with a focus on delivering relevant media resources and value, thereby enhancing the relationship and effectiveness with the commercial real estate and financial community. Responsibilities of this committee include fielding member requests and advertising membership to our association effectively and accurately.

| Sponsorship |
|
The Sponsorship Committee's objective is to ensure a strong working committee, participation will be limited and will include the Chairs of all subcommittees along with select individuals that have a specific focus area. They will assist in the development of a theme and topics for the conferences and educational courses. This committee will also identify potential speakers and assist in soliciting and contacting them for the general session. They will assist with community outreach including local participation, government officials, life science clusters throughout the West coast, and international delegations. They will generate interest within the community for program submissions.
